Kim has
an extensive background in designing and

can implement in the workplace. Kim studied
Political Science and Business at Wilfrid
Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario and
has achieved an Advanced Facilitation
Certification through Rana Process
Technologies Inc. based in Ottawa, Ontario.
She has also achieved the Zenger Miller
International Facilitation Certification.
Kim is a certified Corporate Coach
Facilitator through Corporate Coach
University in Salt Springs, Colorado and has
completed the Certificate in Adult Education
from St. Francis Xavier University,
Antigonish, NS. She is a career human
resources professional with over 10 years
experience and has directed human resource
services for diverse organizations of 1000+
employees. Kim has demonstrated success in
aligning innovative human resource programs
and organizational redesign initiatives with
vision and goals. She has established
outcome based services for organizations
related to human resource impact, change
management, performance assessment and
organizational development requirements. She
has business strategy management experience
in process re-engineering, strategic and
operational planning and change management.
Kim has
worked in the fields of adult education,
customer service, teambuilding, coaching,
communication, policy and procedure research
and implementation.

As a
Learning Consultant and Facilitator,
Patricia helps organizations increase the
efficiency and effectiveness of their most
important asset - people. Her area of
specialization is in assisting individuals
to increase their awareness, understanding
and ability to function at higher levels of
performance and personal satisfaction. Her
main goal is always to help people to
identify and take responsibility for their
behaviours, develop their own sense of
empowerment and make greater contributions
to organizational success.
Over
the past fifteen years, Patricia has applied
her skill and expertise to a variety of
organizations. She has worked with small
and large companies as well as those in the
private, public and not for profit sectors.
Patricia’s expertise centres on personality
type, effective feedback skills, teamwork,
transition management, conflict resolution
and behaviour management.
A native of Halifax,
Patricia studied psychology at Dalhousie
University. She has a certificate from Will
Schultz and Associates in California,
specializing in behaviour feedback. She is
fully certified in the administration and
application of the “Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator” from American Psychological
Testing Association and “The Herrmann Whole
Brain Theory” from the Applied Learning
Centre in North Carolina. Prior to her
partnership with Integrated People
Solutions, she worked as a Senior Learning
Consultant with Ledgehill and as the
Training and Development Manager with
Dalhousie University’s Advanced Management
Centre.
